attendance policy for core* clients

Our normal Attendance Policy for Core clients is described below for your reference but is not adhered to in regard to virtual classes. However, we are currently tracking late cancels or no-shows for Core clients attending in-person classes. ALL clients will still incur the class fee for a class (Lamaze and Spinning Babies for Core clients) if cancelled within 24 hours of the start of class.

Three no-show’s or late cancels to an in-person class (less than 24 hours before the start of a class) by any Core client will result in the loss of privileges to book classes online and in the mobile app, as well as the cancelling of all future registrations.

You will still be able to call or email Everyday Miracles and request us to book classes on your behalf, and consistent attendance at future classes may result in the reinstating of booking privileges. If unexpected/special circumstances made you unable to attend or cancel a class, please feel free to email our Education Coordinator.

We adhere to this policy in order to ensure there is room in our classes for all that want to attend, and that we are collecting the valuable revenue from classes that we use to fund our Core Program and other services we provide to families with Medicaid insurance plans.

*A “Core” client is any client that has a verified Medicaid (state-sponsored) insurance plan and has access to our class discount.
