PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy is the perfect time to begin or continue a yoga practice. Regular practice can help keep the body strong and flexible and alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy. It can also help moms bond with their baby, find focus and mindfulness that will help them through challenges and transitions of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, and enjoy the community and support of other expectant moms.
Prenatal Yoga Classes are offered in-person at the Everyday Miracles space on Saturdays at 3:00 PM.

I have always had a passion for healing and helping people. I take my time to get to know each and every client, and truly listen to what they want and need. I believe that my background in both western and eastern bodywork help me look at the body in a unique and beneficial way. When working with my prenatal clients, I try to do everything I can to make the pregnancy process as special and smooth as possible. I've found that working along with client's doula and/or midwife really helps the client get the most out of each and every session both physically and emotionally.
