We are able to provide breast pumps to those with one of the insurance plans listed below:

  • State-sponsored Blue Plus

  • Private Blue Cross*

  • State-sponsored Hennepin Health

  • State-sponsored HealthPartners

  • Private HealthPartners*

  • State-sponsored UCare and UCare Individual Family Plans

    *If you are receiving your pump through Commerical Insurance, you may be responsible for deductibles and co-pays on certain plans.

HOW TO REQUEST A BREAST PUMP

  1. Complete our request form

  2. Have your health care provider send a prescription via fax to (612) 353-6437 or via email to Sara@everyday-miracles.org

  3. Once your request had been approved, the breast pump will be shipped directly to your home address

Please be aware each pump that is covered by insurance through Everyday Miracles comes with average size 24mm flanges. A properly sized flange can help ease the pumping process and may be beneficial in getting more milk output. If you are interested in other flange sizes, or need help, please see the companies sizing guides. Everyday Miracles is unable to order different flange sizes and you must reach out directly to the company.
