This yoga class is focused on preparing mind, body, and spirit for birth and bringing comfort and ease through pregnancy. You’ll be guided through a flowing sequence that focuses on breath, movement, and connection to baby. New or experienced practitioners welcome; modifications will be given to accommodate all. In addition, we’ll integrate mind-and-body focused tools for preparing for, and coping through, the work of birth, including positions and movements, breath, mantra, and meditation practices.
